Welcome to WellFed! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website located at wellfed.ae ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website.

Agreement to Terms

Your use of our Service is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Agreements.

Acceptable Use
  • You agree to use our Service solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • The material on this website is provided for and in accordance with lawful purposes only.
Use of Service
  • All visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service are subject to these Terms.
  • If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) these Agreements, please refrain from using the Service and contact us at hello@wellfed.ae.
What's In a WellFed Bag?

All your meals are prepared fresh daily, using all-natural and wholesome ingredients, personalized to meet your needs and preferences. Your food will be delivered fresh daily, in 1 of 2 cooler bags assigned to you. Upon receiving your cooler bag, kindly place all your meals and snacks in the fridge to maintain optimum quality and freshness. Please follow our reheating instructions, whenever appropriate, to best enjoy your food.

Occasionally, food containers might get damaged during transportation, and food quality may be compromised. In such instances, please do not consume the damaged meal; instead, call us immediately, and we’ll try our best to send you a replacement meal at your next convenient delivery or on a selected date that works best for WellFed.

Smooth Operations; Client Requisites
  • Please select your menu on our App by Monday of each week. Failure to do so will result in our system randomly selecting on your behalf, with no further changes permitted for the week.
  • Each client is assigned 2 cooler bags. Kindly return the empty cooler bag each day to receive your second, freshly refilled, cooler bag.
  • Clients may choose various delivery addresses, with changes permitted but must be requested 3 working days (72 hrs) in advance for all deliveries.
  • Delivery timings will be assigned by our logistics team, providing you with a 3-4hr window based on the area.
Your Subscription
  • Your subscription is valid for 90 days from your meal plan start date.
  • You may put your meal plan on hold at any time during these 90 days, with all days to be consumed within this period.
  • Remaining days, if any, cannot be refunded, but can be transferred to a family member or friend if you wish to stop mid-way.
  • To put your meal plan on hold or resume your subscription, we require a 3 working day (72 hrs) notification in advance.
Payments
  • A cooler bag deposit of 50 AED is required upon signing up for any meal plan, refundable upon the expiry of your subscription when the 2 cooler bags plus ice packs are returned in proper condition.
  • We operate a non-refund policy, with exceptions subject to a 20% fee of the meal plan price.
  • Prices and menus may change at our discretion, without prior notice.
Disclaimers
  • WellFed reserves the right to offer special promotions with varying terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Weight loss results vary based on individual factors such as weight, metabolism, age, activity level, and commitment to the plan.
  • WellFed can amend meal plans for client preferences (allergies, intolerances, dislikes) only. It is the client's responsibility to inform WellFed of any dislikes or allergens.
Communications
  • By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing materials, and other information we send.
  • You may opt out of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or emailing us at hello@wellfed.ae.
Purchases
  • If you purchase any product or service through our Service, you may be asked to provide relevant information.
  • We may use third-party services for payment processing, subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, including availability or errors.
Refunds
  • Refunds are available in specific cases such as incorrect orders, missing items, or undelivered orders.
  • Refunds will not be issued for customer dislikes of food.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, with a 20% cancellation fee applicable in some cases.
Termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts and access to the Service for any reason, without prior notice.
  • You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  • Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
